Secure checkout Refund policy applies

Accepted payment methods

  • Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz (cards & mobile banking), and Cash on Delivery where available.
  • International: major credit/debit cards and PayPal where enabled at checkout.
  • All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment partners. OMC does not store full card numbers on our servers.

Billing & charges

  • Your card or wallet is authorized at checkout. The final charge reflects items, shipping, taxes, and any applied discounts.
  • Currency is shown at checkout based on your region. Cross-border orders may incur bank conversion fees from your issuer.
  • If a payment fails, your order is not placed. You may retry with another method without duplicate charges.

Refunds & disputes

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
